"Through the 'Bold, Brave, Catholic' series, it is my hope that the words others write will assist someone else on their journey of faith." Will you join this movement?
"On today's Feast of Epiphany, I encourage you, dear reader, to join me in writing down three gifts - three talents - you have been given, which can be used for the Glory of God. Place that list prominently, and use it to guide you in creating your resolutions for 2019." Tackling a deeper meaning and reminder behind today's Feast of Epiphany and my favorite Christmas carol! What are your gifts?
"Unlike Mary, as a mother, my hands are blemished... Through prayer, actions of love, and trust in God's plan, I will work on turning the blemishes into holiness." Kicking off 2019 with a reminder of the example of Mary, Mother of God.

Our German Shepherd taught me quite a few life lessons during her life with us. Several of them are explored in today's piece.
"Advent is a time where we are encouraged to go deeper into a relationship with God - to take what faith you have been given, and to go deeper."
Today, I explore some of the deep, intense thoughts which have plagued my mind for several weeks - and, hopefully impart some inspiration from a dear friend, as well as some I have found while spending time in prayer.
