The Gratitude Project: Weeks 28 & 29

"The past two weeks have kind of been jam packed with action, and things have not slowed down for me. I usually don't know whether I am coming or going. I honestly don't remember what I was most grateful for last week, since looking back now, last week was a blur. This week, I'm barely faring better! But, I know what I am most grateful for this week." I may have forgotten what last week held, but I haven't forgotten about this project! And, I haven't forgotten about this week's most poignant moments in my life. What are you most grateful for this week?

#WorthRevisit: The Gratitude Project in My Saturday/Sunday Best

"Therefore, while I am not writing a gratitude post for this week, I am renewing my challenge to those reading these words - beginning next week, as we prepare for the new Liturgical Year, join me every. week in finding gratitude for the little moments in your life." Today, I'm adding my voice to the #WorthRevisit link-up hosted by Allison at Reconciled to You and Elizabeth at theologyisaverb. Will you join me in adding a "New Liturgical Year resolution" this year?

The Gratitude Project: Week 26

"I have grown in my own personal maturity, recognizing life isn't all about my desires, whether it be for my own bed space, or doing everything I want to do at the expense of the needs of those who count on me. There is an element of sacrifice that comes with parenting, and through this simple lesson, I have watched how I have responded to the small sacrifice, and embraced it, for the betterment of my children. And, while it is the smallest example, I can extend this one to the ultimate example of love and self-sacrifice I see in the Father for His own children." Want to know what spurred these deeper thoughts? Then read this past week's Gratitude Project post, up and available now! What were you most grateful for last week?

The Gratitude Project: Week 25

A little bit of reminiscing on the beauty of the island, and a realization this morning made me realize what I am most grateful for this week. What about you? For what are you most grateful this week?

The Gratitude Project: Week 24

"No matter how messy this world becomes, no matter how bleak our situations look, and no matter how busy we find ourselves, there is still One who loves us with unimaginable Love and Mercy! Which is the ultimate beauty of this world." Read more to see how the two Feast Days for the Catholic Church this past week inspired my Gratitude Post for this week.
